Performance is required August 1, 2026, through September 29, 2026.

Award is made on price alone; quotes must remain valid for 90 days. Contractors must provide evidence of South Carolina herbicide applicator certifications within 10 calendar days of award. Wage Determination WD 1975-0208 Rev 78 (May 13, 2026) applies, with rates ranging from $13.23 to $23.02 per hour plus fringe benefits.
