The primary objective of this notice is to inform potential contractors of the FBI's intent to proceed with a sole source award under FAR 6.302-1(b)(1) authority, while providing an opportunity for other capable sources to demonstrate their qualifications. Interested parties may submit capability statements or quotations via email to Jennifer Frederick at Jwfrederick@fbi.gov no later than August 25, 2025 at 9:00 AM Eastern time.
