The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition and Property Operations, Goods and Services Operations located at 911 NE 11th Ave. Portland, OR 97232 plans to issue an award in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to Stillwater Sciences. This is the second part of a unique study started with Stillwater Sciences for studying the feasibility and effectiveness of using Phoslock(TM) to increase the phosphorus trapping and sequestering capacity of wetland soils in the Upper Klamath Basin to improve water quality in Upper Klamath Lake, per the ESA recovery plan for listed suckers in Upper Klamath Lake and the Oregon Department of Environmental Equality TMDL for the Upper Klamath Lake Drainage.
