About this opportunity
The Medical Regional Contracting Office - West (MRCO-W) intends to issue a sole source contract for expanding the Q-Flow patient queueing notification system currently in use at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) located at Fort Bliss, Texas. The Department of the Army Medical Command is seeking these IT and telecommunications services under NAICS code 513512 for Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service. The government is soliciting capability statements and responses from potential contractors who believe they can provide these specialized services. All responses must be submitted within seven calendar days of the posting date, with the notice posted on June 18, 2025, making the response deadline June 25, 2025. The government reserves the right to determine whether to compete this procurement based solely on the responses received to this notice of intent.
This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and is structured as a full and open competition despite the government's stated intent to sole source the requirement. No incumbent contractor or current service provider is specifically identified in the notice, though the expansion nature of the work suggests an existing Q-Flow system is already operational at the facility. The Small Business Administration size standard for this NAICS code is $37,000,000, though no specific contract value or budget range is disclosed in the notice. The period of performance is established as one year from the date of award, providing the successful contractor with a defined timeline for delivering the Q-Flow system expansion services. Points of contact include Contracting Officer Christopher A. Gregory and Contract Specialist Joseph Flores, both reachable via their respective government email addresses.
