About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Seattle District, issued a Notice of Intent on May 26, 2026, to seek approval for a Justification and Approval to increase capacity on eight existing Architect-Engineer MATOCs (solicitation W912DW-19-R-0020) by $10 million, with responses due by June 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The original procurement, conducted under the Brooks Act and open to all A-E firms regardless of size, awarded four unrestricted and four small-business contracts totaling $85 million across a seven-year term. The increase in shared capacity will be strictly limited to modifications of existing task orders. Interested parties must submit responses by email to Russ Armstrong (Russell.J.Armstrong@usace.army.mil) and Kyla Couch (Kyla.M.Couch@usace.army.mil); responses received after the deadline will not be accepted.
