In accordance with FAR 13.106-1, the Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract for renewal of a 12-month subscription of PoliticoPro. Politico Pro Agriculture is a subscription-based news service that extensively reports on the U.S. Department of Agriculture and issues important to the Department. The articles published on this site are copyrighted and not available in the public domain. In order to fully support the mission of the Department, it is critical that USDA/OSEC/OCR staff are able to monitor and respond to these articles in a timely manner. The Government has determined that PoliticoPro, is the only source that will satisfy the agency requirements.

Howes St., Ste. 321, Fort Collins, CO 80521, or sent by email to Christine.Wallace@ftc.usda.gov. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Responses received will be evaluated; however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Response to this sole source notice and justification is not required.
