DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about June 5, 2015, for a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract with an estimated maximum contract value of $49,751,278. The subject requirement is unrestricted. The proposed acquisition is for the procurement of two non-rechargeable batteries; NSN: 6135-01-620-1306, P/N: M32271/1-42E and NSN: 6135-01-623-2970, P/N: M32271/16-42E. The contract will have a guaranteed minimum of $140,000. FAR Part 15 will apply to this acquisition.
The proposed solicitation is expected to include the requirement for product samples to be included with the proposal. See below for details:
NSN: 6135-01-620-1306: 6 batteries (color of case insignificant) and 4 Cells
NSN: 6135-01-623-2970: 4 Cells
All parties interested in doing business with Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) (ACC - APG (C4ISR)) and DLA Land at Aberdeen are invited to access the Army Single Face to Industry(ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi?ASFI_FAQ.cfm.
