About this opportunity

This Special Notice is published by the Corporation for National and Community Service (AmeriCorps) and describes a non-competitive acquisition for the purchase of Survey Monkey licenses. AmeriCorps intends to negotiate and award a purchase order for these licenses without providing for full and open competition, as Survey Monkey is the only product that meets the agency's requirements.

The purpose of this Special Notice is to notify interested parties of AmeriCorps' intent to sole-source the acquisition of Survey Monkey licenses, which are required for the continuity of existing services. The licenses provide customizable surveys, data analysis, sample selection, bias elimination, and data representation tools. The acquisition will be conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The deadline for responding to this notice is May 17, 2024, and there are no set-aside requirements. AmeriCorps seeks a contractor capable of fully transitioning support of the agency's IT environment.

AmeriCorps, intends to negotiate and award a purchase order without providing for full and open competition (Including brand-name) to purchase and establish a contract for Survey Monkey Licenses that provides customizable surveys, as well as a suite of back-end programs that include data analysis, sample selection, bias elimination, and data representation tools. AmeriCorps uses Survey Monkey to create and conduct fully customizable surveys. Survey Monkey licenses are required by AmeriCorps. These licenses are required for the continuity of existing services.
