About this opportunity

The Special Notice is issued by the Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation Headquarters Division (FBI) for a requirement related to corporate HR practitioner training. The FBI is seeking training courses that are focused on federal human resources management, performance management, project management, and data presentation, as the FBI's HR practitioners have unique positions and requirements that are distinct from commercial human resources training.

The purpose of this Special Notice is to acquire a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with Graduate School USA (GSUSA) for a 4-month bridge contract to provide this mission-essential training, while the FBI conducts market research to competitively award a long-term contract in FY25. The FBI cites GSUSA's unique qualifications in offering training focused on federal policies and processes, as well as certifications aligned with government auditing standards, as the justification for the sole-source award. The Special Notice has a posted date of July 2, 2024 and a due date of July 16, 2024. No set-aside is used for this requirement, which is classified under NAICS code 61143 - Professional and Management Development Training.
