This announcement constitutes a Notice of Contract Award (NOCA) of the non-competitive sole-source negotiated contract with The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. (Draper Labs), Cambridge, MA to procure Enhanced Geospatial Product Library (EGPL) support, needed by Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/Detachment 12. This contract was awarded on 29 September 2020, with a Period of Performance (PoP) of 29 September 2020 – 28 September 2021.  A previous Notice of Proposed Contract Action was released 4 June 2020.

The Enhanced Geospatial Product Library (EGPL) is a world-wide distributed United States Air Force (USAF) repository for geospatial products from the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) and other government sources.  Its purpose is to provide the Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) information needed by the Air Force (AF) and other DoD command and control systems. EGPL is on premise, continuously updated, NGA Foundational GEOINT data seamlessly accessible via shared drive or browser.
