Interested contractors must submit a capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to perform 100% of the required work, including company information, CAGE code, DUNS number, relevant experience, rough order of magnitude pricing, and explanation of technical capability to meet the detailed fabrication specifications outlined in the attached technical drawings and supplemental requirements. The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price single award to a responsible source. The requirement includes six fabricated and assembled RSMA Disposal Boxes per Drawing 2370.2-8145V (Revision Q) and six LS/TR Disposal Boxes per Drawing 2370.2-8143V (Revision Z), with supplemental spare parts requirements including fastening hardware and associated materials. All boxes must be fabricated to stringent welding, dimensional tolerance, and surface finishing standards per American Welding Society D1.1, with interior rust-inhibitive priming and exterior bare metal finishing, along with submission of a Certificate of Compliance upon delivery.
