Work must comply with ACI 302.1R flatness criteria (FF 20 minimum) and ACI 308R curing requirements. The period of performance runs August 15, 2026 through December 31, 2026 (138 calendar days maximum). The contractor must designate a Superintendent as key personnel available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work hours are limited to sunrise to sunset, Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays unless authorized by the Contracting Officer Representative.

Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates apply per General Decision TX20260233 (Brazoria County, Texas), effective May 18, 2026.
