The contract is designated for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns under NAICS code 336413, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. Contractors must be approved government sources and must submit all required information from the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure to be considered for award; proposals lacking this documentation will be rejected. The proposal due date is April 2, 2026, with inquiries directed to Lauren Phillips at lauren.n.phillips6.civ@us.navy.mil or 610-234-5642.

This solicitation contains no additional set-aside designations beyond the WOSB requirement. The contract involves an induction period of 365 calendar days from award for initial units, with a government option to extend for additional periods totaling up to two years, requiring contractors to submit option pricing for maximum unit quantities across the entire contract period. The repair work must comply with specific packaging and marking standards per MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-2073-1, and the procurement is rated as DO-rated under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). Payment will be processed through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF), and the work is designated as inspection and acceptance at the contractor's facility. The place of performance is Morristown, New Jersey 07960, with the contract incorporating numerous FAR and DFARS clauses addressing quality assurance, hazardous materials, environmental compliance, and configuration management requirements.
