About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is soliciting quotations for the repair of 2 units of rotary pumps (NSN: 7R4320012718461, Part Number: 70351-38800-101) designated as Critical Safety Items. This is a sole source requirement under Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-22-G-Y601, with NAVSUP intending to award to the current source due to insufficient accurate data to contract with alternative vendors. Contractors must obtain Government Source Approval prior to award and submit all required documentation per the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure if not already an approved source. The contract will be structured as a Firm Fixed Price repair covering evaluation, labor, materials, and parts necessary to restore the government-owned pumps to operating condition. Proposals are due by October 15, 2025, with questions directed to Samantha Freedman at the provided email address.

No set-aside designation applies to this procurement, as determined by the Small Business Administration representative at NAVSUP WSS who found set-aside recommendations not applicable for this requirement. The contract specifies a Return to Acceptance Time of 365 days after asset induction, with delivery scheduled for October-December 2025. The repaired pumps must be delivered to Cavalier Logistics in Dulles, Virginia, following specific preservation, packaging, and marking requirements outlined in the accompanying specification document. The procurement falls under NAICS code 333914 for Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing and PSC code 4320 for Power and Hand Pumps. Aviation materials will receive reusable containers as government-furnished material, requiring advance email requests at least 30 days prior to shipping for repair contracts.
