About this opportunity
NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole-source basis with Raytheon Company (CAGE: 4U884) for a three-year repair BOA supporting Next Generation Jammer–Mid Band (NGJ-MB) systems, with interested parties able to submit capability statements or proposals within 15 days of this notice (by July 2, 2026).
Raytheon is the original equipment manufacturer and sole known source for repair support of the specified parts. The Government does not own the data or rights required to source repairs from alternative suppliers. Award is expected to be made to this firm absent a successful Source Approval Request from another qualified source; however, the Government will not delay procurement to await SAR approval.
The repair BOA covers 24 distinct part types across two supply categories (A and B), including actuators, pump units, radomes, computers, converters, controllers, power supplies, heat exchangers, receiver-transmitters, and valve assemblies. Estimated annual quantities vary by part and year across the three-year period, with some parts showing zero demand in year one and escalating demand in subsequent years. All line items carry a standardized round-trip authorization of 110 days. Parts are classified as E8-category items.
The Government will acquire these supplies using FAR Part 15 negotiated procedures. All proposals received within 45 days of publication will be considered. UID requirements and Buy American clauses will apply. Source Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1. NAICS 336413; PSC 1680.
