SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $33.5 million. The Solicitation Package includes the following: Clauses, Notice to Offerors, An Itemized Bid Schedule, Specifications, Drawings, Submittal Register, Prevailing Wage Determinations, and Bid Bond Form. Please ensure you have a complete downloaded Solicitation Package before submitting your Bid. It is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that they receive all appropriate solicitation documents to submit a competitive Bid. PROJECT CONSISTS OF: The removing and replacing of heat pumps, controls, and piping, along with all electrical work associated with the heat pumps, pumps, and VAV replacement. Flushing and filling the geothermal piping inside the building is also included. As an additive bid item, the project includes all electrical work associated with upgrading the lighting system in the theater. SITE VISIT: Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Site visit details are found in Clause 52.236-27.
