The procurement is being conducted as a sole source acquisition with Infranor, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and vendors must be registered in the SAM.GOV database and provide official documentation of Infranor authorization through a signed Letter of Authorization to be considered for award. Key requirements include the supply of motors with custom shaft, B14 flange, special housing, basic brake, Rolivam D-40 tach, mil spec connectors, reduced tolerance specifications, motor tariff charges, and shipping services to the specified delivery location. The evaluation criteria focus on price and technical acceptability in this firm fixed-price procurement, where the offeror's initial quote should represent the vendor's best offering. This procurement is not designated as a small business set-aside, and Infranor is identified as the sole source contractor for this requirement. The specific motors being procured are part number MS020.149.2G06.E3, with quantities of five units requiring customization and ancillary services. While no specific award value is disclosed in the solicitation notice, the procurement involves motor tariff charges and shipping services in addition to the base motor cost. The place of performance is St. Inigoes, Maryland (DoDAAC N3555A), where inspection and acceptance will be conducted upon receipt by the Technical Point of Contact, Steve Workman. Interested vendors must submit comprehensive quotations including FOB terms, shipping costs, IUID labeling costs if applicable, tax identification, UEID number, CAGE Code, small business status certification, estimated delivery date, and total contract value.
