This opportunity is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and no other offers will be considered. The solicitation notice does not specify the contract award value, budget range, quantity of deliverables, or the anticipated timeline for service performance. No incumbent contractor or historical award information is provided in the solicitation notice. The place of performance has not been explicitly stated in the available documentation. Offerors should note that Amendment 0001 updated Attachment 9 Section L-317 regarding PowerPoint slide submissions, Element A5 Rules of Engagement, and subcontractor proposal document procedures, as well as updated the non-public PWS Attachment 8 regarding Key Personnel requirements in Section 5.4.2.
