About this opportunity
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has issued a Special Notice for a Reverse Industry Day event focused on Contractor Logistics Support (CLS). This event aims to foster an open dialogue between NAVAIR personnel and industry leaders in the CLS field. The objective is to enhance contract execution and explore alternative solutions that could potentially be incorporated into NAVAIR's future CLS requirements.
Interested CLS industry partners must contact the designated Government Points of Contact by November 15, 2024 to express interest in participating. Due to schedule limitations, only approximately eight firms will be selected to attend the event on December 3-4, 2024. The Government will provide industry attendees with specific questions to address during their presentations, and industry partners may also submit questions for the Government to address. Presentations should discuss the role of small businesses and provide a list of potential risks with mitigation strategies, but should not be marketing or business development focused. Costs associated with participating in this event are not reimbursable by the Government, and any feedback received during the presentations should not be considered direction or potential strengths or weaknesses for future proposal submissions.
