About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks in-service support services for the NATO Improved Link Eleven program. The Department of the Navy Information Warfare Systems Command aims to procure these services through a small business set-aside contract. Offerors must attend an industry day on February 15, 2022 to receive the solicitation and have until April 25, 2022 to submit proposals, which will be evaluated based on technical approach and price. A second industry day was held on February 18, 2022 to answer questions on the opportunity.
There is no set-aside designation listed. The work involves program management, engineering, and technical services support. The incumbent contractor is not named but prior contracts for this program are referenced. The solicitation and additional details will be posted on both the Federal Business Opportunities website and www.link22.org. The performance location was not specified but as a NATO program the work will likely involve both U.S. and international coordination.
