The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) is planning to solicit offers for the National Training Center Mission Support Services (NTCMSS) at Fort Irwin, California. The Government intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract using full and open competition. The solicitation and resulting contract(s) will be for one base year and two additional one-year option periods. Estimated performance start date is 1 February 2014. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 561210.

Potential Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents from https://www.fbo.gov or https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. This office will not issue hard-copy solicitations.
