About this opportunity
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), within the Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA)-certified laboratories to provide laboratory testing services for the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES). The contract will be awarded to a CLIA-compliant laboratory with experience in performance-based service acquisition contracts.
This requirement is not set aside for any particular business size or type. The CDC will use the responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis to determine the appropriate acquisition method, which may include a small business set-aside or full and open competition. The government has not provided any information about potential incumbent contractors or the estimated value of the contract. Responses are due by November 7, 2024, and the government will not provide feedback or evaluations to the respondents.
