About this opportunity

DARPA's Information Processing Techniques Office (IPTO) is sponsoring a Proposers Day on December 10, 2026, for its Nassau critical infrastructure resilience program, with registration closing November 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. Attendance is voluntary and not required to submit proposals to the anticipated Nassau Program Solicitation.

The event will be held in-person at the Strategic Analysis Executive Conference Center in Arlington, Virginia, in two sessions: a Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) session from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM ET and a classified (SECRET) session from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM ET. U.S. citizens only may attend the CUI session; only U.S. citizens with active SECRET or higher security clearances may attend the classified session, and attendance at the CUI session is mandatory for classified session attendees. Registration is limited to 136 participants per session and five personnel per organization per session (potentially reduced to two for security reasons). All attendees must present valid U.S. Government-issued photo identification.

Nassau comprises two technical areas: TA1 (modeling a specific class of critical infrastructure) and TA2. The CUI Program Solicitation addendum will be released December 10, 2026, to organizations that request it by November 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET and meet NIST SP 800-171, DoDI 8582.01, DFARS 252.204-7021, and CMMC level 2 compliance requirements. The classified PS addendum will be released December 10, 2026, exclusively to organizations with valid SECRET Facility Clearance Letters that request it by November 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET and have access to SAV, JWICS, or DSWAN networks. Proposers receiving classified materials must obtain a Nassau Security Classification Guide and solicitation DD-254 before preparing classified proposals; subcontractor DD-254s are required by December 19, 2026.
