The solicitation requires wooden crates fabricated according to specific drawing specifications, with vendors mandated to provide a current Performance-Oriented Packaging (POP) certification demonstrating compliance through drop, stacking, and vibration testing. Quotes will be evaluated based on technical acceptability and price, with the award going to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer from a responsible quoter. The solicitation is structured as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under FAR Parts 12 and 13, with quotes to be submitted electronically via email to Stevi Parker. The submission deadline is April 30, 2025, at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, with vendors required to include pricing, point of contact information, GSA contract number (if applicable), business size, and payment terms.
