About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command is soliciting professional support services from SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) MAC prime contractors to support the Program Executive Office Ships (PEO Ships) Amphibious Assault and Connectors Program Office (PMS 317). The contractor shall provide forward-thinking, innovative, and analytical expertise in Engineering and Program Management across five primary task areas: Test and Evaluation Program Support, Technical Management Support, Ship Design Management Support, Acquisition and Life Cycle Management Support, and Post-Delivery Test and Trials Support. The selected contractor must be capable of supporting PMS 317 programs across all stages of the acquisition lifecycle, from Pre-Systems Acquisition through Sustainment phases. The solicitation was posted on March 27, 2026, with a proposal due date of May 4, 2026, providing potential bidders with approximately five weeks to prepare and submit their responses.
This solicitation does not utilize a set-aside designation and is available exclusively to prime holders of SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award IDIQ Contracts, which limits the eligible bidder pool to established contractors already positioned under this Navy-wide contracting vehicle. The contract will be performed in Washington, D.C., with work supporting the Navy and Marine Corps amphibious assault and connector platforms. No specific award value, contract period, or ceiling amount is disclosed in the solicitation notice, indicating that the financial terms and duration may be addressed in the formal request for proposal or are subject to negotiation based on contractor capabilities and staffing proposals. Interested SeaPort-NxG prime MAC holders should review Amendment 0002 and submit their proposals by the May 4, 2026 deadline to be considered for this professional support services opportunity.
