About this opportunity

Naval Sea Systems Command is providing industry notification of a direct Other Transaction production agreement with The Whiskey Project Group (TWPG) under NAICS 336612 (Boat Building), with a response deadline of May 15, 2026. This is a sole-source award to TWPG following their Successful Completion of Prototype Memorandum for the Multi-Mission Reconnaissance Craft (MMRC) Bravo variant in June 2025, competitively prototyped under Defense Innovation Unit's Commercial Solutions Opening in August 2023.

The production phase covers up to 10 or more MMRC Bravo craft, including accompanying communication, navigation, and sensing equipment; craft auxiliary equipment; and craft maintenance, training, and sustainment support. The systems were specially designed and tested to support U.S. Marine Corps requirements under DIU's "Expeditionary Small Boats" project. The production OT agreement is expected to be signed by Summer 2026.
