This Special Notice announces an Industry Day session hosted by the Air Force Research Laboratory, Information Directorate, Information Computing and Communications Division regarding the Multi Domain Operations and Information Analysis Broad Agency Announcement. The purpose is to provide additional details on topics covered in the Broad Agency Announcement. Registration is required by March 25, 2019 and is limited to 130 people with no more than two individuals per contractor. The session will discuss interests and relationships between multi-domain operations, dynamic targeting solutions, targeting recommendations, optimization algorithms, sensitivity analysis, and analysis of alternatives.

The purpose of this amendment is to move the location of the Industry Day from Building 3, at the Urtz Quad Conference Room, Suite D3, 525 Brooks Road, Rome, NY 13441, to the Griffiss Institute, 725 Daedalian Drive, Rome, NY 13441.
Registration will now be required by completing the information at the following link:

The Air Force Research Laboratory, Information Directorate, Information Computing and Communications Division is hosting an Industry Day session on 29 March 2019 regarding the Multi Domain Operations and Information Analysis Broad Agency Announcement (BAA FA8750-19-S-7009).
The industry Day session will take place at the Air Force Research Laboratory from 1300-1600 in Building 3, at the Urtz Quad Conference room, Suite D3, 525 Brooks Road, Rome NY 13441.
Registration is required by sending an email to michael.manno@us.af.mil, and must be submitted no later than 25 March 2019. Any requests after 25 March will not be considered. Attendance is limited to no more than 130 people, and registration will close when that number is met. Please indicate in your email if you do not have access to the Air Force Research Laboratory, Building 3, and additional instructions will be provided.
The purpose of the industry day is to provide additional details regarding the interests/relationships between multi-domain operations/dynamic targeting solutions and targeting recommendations, optimization algorithms, sensitivity analysis, and analysis of alternatives. One on one sessions will not be offered, but questions will be fielded.
Due to space constraints, attendance will be limited to two individuals per CAGE code. Note: This is NOT a "bidders conference" and this announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any offeror for presentations, marketing efforts or data offered for examination; therefore the cost of preparing information in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
