About this opportunity
Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), V-22 Joint Program Office, intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed-price delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-22-G-0002 to Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office on a sole-source basis for 15,000 units of MTSS Voltage Regulator wafer, with capability statements due by September 18, 2026.

This is not a competitive solicitation; however, interested parties may submit a capability statement within 15 days of publication to demonstrate alternative capability. The Government retains sole discretion to determine whether to compete the delivery order based on responses received.
