The Department of Labor's Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) seeks replacement B-4 engine control system components, including control/data acquisition hardware, Windows-based data acquisition and control software, dynamometer control system, and installation, with quotes due September 23 at 11:00 AM ET.
