The MSC EPF vessels are U.S. Government (Government) vessels and will be maintained in various states of readiness, tracking with supported headquarters mission assignments and guidance. Periodic maintenance and material condition assessments will need to be completed by Ship?s Force, Government personnel, and MSC contracted personnel at the lay-berth facility.
