The consolidation combines four separate requirements: Medical Bill Processing Services, Directed Medical Services, Contract Medical Consultant Services, and Medical Network Provider Services. The DOL Senior Procurement Executive has determined consolidation necessary and justified based on substantial benefits to be achieved through combining these services into one integrated contract vehicle.
