Added: Oct 27, 2017 9:45 am Modified: Oct 30, 2017 9:26 amTrack Changes The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for mowning and maintenance services at Bluestone Lake, Hinton, WV.  Performance will be a base period with four additional one year option periods.  The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite delivery type contract, in a not-to-exceed amount of $1,100,000.00 over the entire contrat period.  Award will be made as a whole to the lowest priced responsible and responsive offeror.  Solicitation documents will be available on or about October 31, 2017, online at http://www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM Internet site at http://www.sam.gov. Questions may be submitted to Christophe Hartley, FAX: 304-399-5281 or Christopher.L.Hartley@usace.army.mil . An FSC code of S208 and NAICS code 561730 has been established for this solicitation. The size standard is $7.5M. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside.

Added: Oct 27, 2017 9:45 am The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for mowing and maintenance services for Bluestone Lake, Hinton, West Virginia. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price performance-based commercial service, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract, evaluated using best value method, NTE $1,100,000.00.
The contract will be awarded for a base period and four one-year option periods. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer confirming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. All responsive quotes will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (A) Management Plan; (B) Experience; (C) Equipment; (D) Past Performance; and (E) Cost/Price. All non-priced factors, when combined, are significantly more important than cost/price. Solicitation documents will be available on or about October 31, 2017, online at http://www.fbo.gov.
