All line items are firm fixed price. Delivery is required to Charleston, South Carolina by November 30, 2026 on FOB Destination basis with contractor-borne transportation. Estimated delivery is 90 days from award; funding is provided through Operations & Maintenance, Army for Fiscal Year 2026.

The solicitation includes fourteen APX NEXT XN all-band model 4.5 portable radios; fourteen CORE BUNDLE XN units; fourteen APX NEXT XN 10-PIN adapters; fourteen APX NEXT DMS ESSENTIAL with three-year accessories and licenses; fourteen IMPRES 2 rechargeable lithium-ion batteries; and three desktop multi-unit chargers. The radios must include high-output audio with noise suppression, IP68 water and dust resistance, and MIL-STD-810 environmental durability. Direct radio programming via Motorola Customer Programming Software is required.
