About this opportunity

Naval Supply Systems Command anticipates procuring pneumatic motors (NSN 7H-2895-013833198, TDP VER 006) by May 8, 2026, in a quantity of 111 units for delivery FOB origin. This procurement is not set-aside and will not use FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures. Manufacture or repair of this part requires specialized test and inspection facilities to maintain ultra-precision quality for system integrity. The government has determined that competitive manufacture or repair cannot proceed unless test facilities are available, required test knowledge can be documented reliably, or physical test and inspection facilities and processes can be economically documented in a technical data package; consequently, valid alternative/replacement manufacturers codes are 3, 4, or 5. Interested parties may access Military and Federal Specifications, Standards, Qualified Products Lists, Qualified Product Databases, and Military Handbooks through the DoD Single Stock Point at the Document Automation and Production Service (DAPS) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Technical documents including patterns, drawings, deviation lists, and purchase descriptions are available via ASSIST-Online at http://quicksearch.dla.mil/ for download or by order through the DODSSP website. Parties without internet access may contact the DODSSP ASSIST Help Desk at 215-697-2667 or 215-697-2179 (DSN: 442-2667) or mail requests to DLA Document Services, Building 4/D, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111-5094.
