Added: Sep 07, 2016 8:56 am The requirements of this solicitation are for the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI), George Gustav Heye Center (GGHC), 1 Bowing Green, New York, NY and the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum (CHNDM), 2 East 91st Street, New York, NY.  The successful offeror shall provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision to accomplish required services in accordance with the statement of work and other special contract requirements.  The request for proposal (RFP) defines monitoring needs of the Building Automation System (BAS) being physically located in and performing mechanical inspections at the museums.

This solicitation is open to all qualified sources.  The requirements for submission of a proposal are enumerated in Section L and M of the solicitation.
