About this opportunity

The Army Contracting Command - Warren intends to issue a follow-on production contract for the Mobile Tactical Retail Refueling System to the holders of the Ground Vehicle Systems Other Transaction Agreement W15QKN-17-9-1025 RPP 18-4. The proposed eight-year requirements contract seeks undetermined quantities of the refueling system, dependent on available funding and costs. Proposals will be evaluated without use of set-asides. Interested offerors must submit proposals by October 17, 2019.

No set-aside designations will be used for this procurement. As a follow-on to the other transaction agreement, the incumbent contractors are deemed able to produce the required refueling system. The contract value will depend on quantities ordered over the eight-year period but is intended to continue low-rate initial production established under the prototype project. The NAICS code for this procurement will be 336312 and the PSC code will be 2590, reflecting the motor vehicle fuel component and logistics focus of the mobile refueling system.
