Place of performance is Chelsea, ME. The basis of design is Mott Manufacturing Optima 2011 mobile steel casework with shelving and hanging cabinets, specified as brand-name or equal. All casework must feature 1" thick epoxy countertops, three steel shelves per setup, painted steel shelving, bright white finish for frames and doors, gray phenolic countertops, two electrical circuits and two Cat 6A connections per bench, and field-drilled grommet holes as required. Delivery is required ASAP with no on-site storage provided.

Quotations must be submitted in two volumes: Volume 1 technical (drawings, manufacturer specifications, bill of materials by CLIN, labor hours, project management plan, staffing plan, finish samples, sustainability certifications, testing results, mockup samples, and warranty) and Volume 2 pricing (separating labor/installation and materials costs with subtotals by CLIN). Evaluation is comparative based on bill of materials with CLIN tags, cut sheets for each line item, labor and services scope, staffing plan, project management plan, and sustainability certification. The NAICS code is 337215, and the PSC code is 7110. FAR 52.222-90 (Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, effective April 24, 2026) applies.
