The contract magnitude is estimated to be between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000, reflecting the substantial scope of this marine infrastructure project. The work involves complex underwater construction activities, specialized concrete placement techniques, and coordination with existing lock and dam operations on the Mississippi River. For Option 2, bulkheads will be provided as government furnished equipment, reducing contractor procurement responsibilities for these critical components. The project represents a significant investment in maintaining and upgrading critical river navigation infrastructure at one of the Mississippi River's key lock and dam facilities.
