Original Synopsis:

Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane has a requirement for a non-commercial, competitive procurement for various build-to-print machine shop requirements in support of the ALE-47 countermeasures dispensing set. The Government anticipates awarding multiple 5-year IDIQ type contracts with an option for 5 additional years to multiple vendors in accordance with FAR 16.5. The two delivery orders will include a contract line item for first articles and a contract line item for production units. The award decision will be based on technical go/no go, past performance, and price. Technical go/no go will be evaluated on the Contractors ability to propose on both delivery orders and technical information that is required by the solicitation; past performance will be evaluated on the Contractors ability to demonstrate past experience on similar requirements.
