Added: Feb 07, 2017 3:59 pm The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is soliciting for 50 each Mini Pingers, with First Article requirements, and options for additional quantities over the next 2 years.

The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating for this requirement is DO-A7. The procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334290 and has a size standard of 500 employees or less. Offers shall be FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures will be listed in the solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned prior to the solicitation closing date and time. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation. Questions should be submitted via e-mail to: jennifer.calkins@navy.mil. No paper copies will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments, if applicable, prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection. Added: Jan 19, 2017 2:58 pm The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 50 each Mini Pingers, with First Article requirements.

The government anticipates award of one (1) firm fixed price type contract. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating for this requirement is DO-A7. The procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334290 and has a size standard of 750 employees or less. Offers shall be FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. It is anticipated that solicitation N00253-17-T-0083 will be available on or about 6 February 2017. The solicitation closing date is anticipated to be 15 days after the issuance of the solicitation package. The actual date and time will be identified in the solicitation.


Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
