Each session will accommodate up to 20 participants and cover intermediate and advanced Excel skills, with the first session scheduled for July 14-16, 2025, and the second session for July 21-23, 2025, both operating from 0700-1500 EST. Contractors must provide a comprehensive course syllabus, training materials, class schedule, and itemized costs including travel expenses and courseware materials. Quotes are due by 0500 PM EST on June 25, 2025, and must be submitted electronically to specified Navy email addresses, with the government intending to award a firm-fixed-price contract without discussions.
This solicitation is designated as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 611420 (Computer Training) with a size standard of $16,000,000. No incumbent contractors are identified in the solicitation materials, and no specific budget range or award value estimates are disclosed. The training will serve a total of up to 80 Quality Assurance personnel across the two sessions, with each three-day session designed to enhance Excel proficiency for personnel supporting naval operations. Performance will take place at the Naval Submarine Base in Groton, Connecticut, specifically in Poquonock Bridge, CT 06340, with contractors required to meet facility access requirements as outlined in the solicitation. Vendors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award, and the government reserves the right to award one or both contract line items based on the evaluation of submitted quotes.
