About this opportunity

No alternate part numbers will be accepted. The procurement is for one Nova 50-101I unit (Part Number N50-101I) serving as a spare part; the justification cites replacement of an obsolete Capris 50-100 wire marker whose legacy unsupported operating system poses a critical cybersecurity risk to mission readiness and operational continuity.
All components must comply with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines to ensure aircrew safety. Place of performance involves delivery F.O.B. Destination to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. The NAICS code is 336413, Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. Quotations must be held firm for 60 calendar days from receipt. Offerors must demonstrate ability to provide new manufactured commercial items with exact part numbers matching the requirements schedule, supported by Certificate of Conformance documentation and full traceability. Contractors must conduct reasonable inquiries and report any non-compliant products within 72 hours. The solicitation incorporates FAR and HSAR clauses addressing debarment certifications, security requirements, covered telecommunications equipment prohibitions, and Iran sanctions compliance.
