About this opportunity

The U.S. Coast Guard seeks quotation for one MH-65 tail rotor servo (National Stock Number 1650-14-404-8798, part number SC7282) for delivery by October 15, 2026, with a proposal deadline of September 10, 2026. The procurement is a sole-source acquisition anticipated to award to Airbus Helicopters, Inc., based on the determination that only one source can provide genuine OEM-approved parts with complete traceability to Goodrich Actuation Systems SAS (Cage Code F1688).

Place of performance is the U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center, Elizabeth City, North Carolina (Building 63, 1664 Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City, NC 27909-5001). All parts must demonstrate clear, documented, and auditable traceability from the OEM-approved manufacturing source and must comply with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines to ensure aircrew safety. Contractors must provide Certificates of Conformance reflecting complete unbroken ownership history from the approved manufacturing source. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination; contractors must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the receipt of offers deadline. The NAICS code is 336413, Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 1,250 employees.

Evaluation is based on technical acceptability—the offeror's ability to provide new manufactured commercial items directly from the OEM or an OEM-approved source with exact part numbers specified—followed by fair and reasonable pricing determination. Concerns with the expertise and required capabilities are invited to submit offers. Alternate part numbers are accepted. Invoices must be submitted electronically to ALC-Fiscal@uscg.mil within five days of shipment, with payment via electronic funds transfer.
