This procurement includes no set-aside designation and anticipates award to Airbus Helicopters, Inc. (located at 2701 N. Forum Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas 75052-7099, UEI: LAD2HL1R71Z3) as the sole source based on exclusive manufacturing capabilities and safety requirements. Offerors must submit firm pricing valid for 60 calendar days from the offer receipt date, with delivery required by May 29, 2026. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis with F.O.B. Destination terms to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Contractors must provide Certificates of Conformance signed by authorized OEM representatives and maintain comprehensive quality assurance protocols with immediate notification of any counterfeit, suspect, or non-conforming parts. The solicitation applies to the aircraft parts and auxiliary equipment manufacturing industry (NAICS 336413) with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees, and all contract administration and fiscal inquiries should be directed to the Point of Contact, Selmary Melendez Gonzalez, at Selmary.MelendezGonzalez3@uscg.mil.
