While interested parties may identify their capability to respond, the government will determine in its sole discretion whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

This procurement is not set aside for any specific business category. The applicable NAICS code is likely 541512 (Computer Systems Design Services), and the PSC code is likely D399 (ADP and Telecommunications Services). Mercury Mission Systems is the incumbent contractor performing related work for the government. The estimated award value is unknown, but the delivery order will cover cyber security and operations security requirements for the V-22 Joint Program. The place of performance is Torrance, CA.
