The contractor must hold EASA AR100 certification and be located within 120 miles of Tinker AFB, with strict compliance to environmental, safety, and hazardous material management protocols. Evaluation will follow a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach, wherein the government will review the three lowest-priced proposals for technical acceptability. This solicitation represents a full and open competition with no set-aside designations, and no incumbent contractor information is identified in the opportunity documents. The contract performance must occur within a 300-mile radius of Tinker AFB, with the primary place of performance being the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. While no specific award value is disclosed in the solicitation notice, the work involves five identical motors with five unique serial numbers requiring comprehensive testing and evaluation within a one-month service window. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), provide commercial product literature demonstrating authorization to perform services on the proprietary equipment, and submit detailed written statements explaining their capability to meet the Performance Work Statement requirements. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursing vendor costs.
