All responsible sources may submit a capability statement by October 27, 2023 for consideration, though an award as a sole source to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital is indicated due to it being the only certified laboratory that can meet the clinical needs.
The NAICS code for this procurement is 621511 for medical laboratories with a size standard of $45 million. There is no set-aside designated. Fairbanks Memorial Hospital is identified as the potential incumbent and intended sole source recipient based on being the sole provider able to meet the one hour STAT testing turnaround requirement, which is vital to supporting patients at the hospital.
