The Government explicitly welcomes responses from Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, 8(a) businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, and Women-Owned Small Businesses.

Equipment will be delivered to Camp Pendleton and used by Area Facilities Managers and Maintenance Managers to conduct grounds-maintenance operations. No funds are available for response preparation.
