A draft technical specification for this requirement is attached.

This requirement is a follow-on to a cancelled FY22 (M0026322R1000) solicitation with a revised technical specification.  This requirement is a follow-on requirement to an IDIQ contract with a four (4) year ordering that ended FY 2022.  The following is an estimate for the spend/orders associated with this IDIQ contract from Sep 2018 through Sep 2022.
