This technology greatly enhances our ability to train 5948 Aviation Radar Maintainers in the fundamentals of radar theory and technology. Graduating 5948s with an understanding of radar at the theoretical and foundational level, vice just how to maintain and operate a specific system such as the TPS-80 G/ATOR, is vital.
